Hello, my name is Gabriella Crust (Gabi); I am a nutritional therapist. I am based in Maidstone, Kent (originally from Hungary).
I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM- Brighton) and graduated after three years of in-depth study. CNM teaches their students by the principle of functional medicine, focusing on finding the root cause of the illness rather than the symptoms. I am fully insured and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I believe we never stop studying, and I keep training myself to gain further knowledge. In 2021 I completed a gut transformation program by Nutri Advanced, and now I am offering this as one of my packages.

We are all unique! Sometimes simple dietary changes will have an amazing effect on our health. But sometimes, we need to find out what causes these unpleasant symptoms (by tests), and then we can work on the specific problem rather than just blindly using any natural supplements. By applying naturopathic and functional medicine principles, I can focus on finding and addressing the root causes of your problems and creating a personalised nutrition plan. But of course, only using natural supplements alone will not bring the desired effect. I will need your commitment, too, to follow your nutritional plan.

My main focus is on digestive issues (bloating/cramps, diarrhoea, chronic constipation, IBS, heartburn etc.), but I also can help with female hormonal imbalance, asthma, joint pain/ arthritis, psoriasis and weight issues through nutritional advice.

I am also registered and work with reputable laboratories (Cambridge Nutritional Sciences, Medichecks, NordicVMS, Regenerus Labs., mineral check, Omegaquant). I can provide you with functional testing (e.g., food intolerance, nutritional deficiencies, digestive issues (SIBO, Intestinal permeability, etc.) when necessary. I also offer programs and packages.
Consultations can take place both in-person and remote (online).

One more note: Remember healthy diet does not need to be boring! Forget about the word "diet". I aim to help you look at food in a healthy, enjoyable way! Be healthy and happy!
