Hello my name is Gabriella Crust (Gabi), I am a nutritional therapist. I am based in Maidstone, Kent (originally from Hungary).  I studied at the College of Naturopathic  Medicine (CNM- Brighton) and graduated after 3 years of in depth study . CNM teaches their students by the principle of functional medicine, focusing on the cause of the illness rather then the symptoms. I am fully insured and  member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I believe we never stop study in our lives and I keep training myself to gain further knowledge. In 2021 I completed a gut transformation program by Nutri Advanced and now I am offering this as one of my packages. 

We are all unique! By applying naturopathic and functional medicine principles I can focus on finding and addressing the root causes of your problems and creating a personalized nutrition plan. Sometimes simple dietary changes will have an amazing effect on our health. But sometimes we need to find out what causing these unpleasant symptoms (by tests) and then we can work on the specific problem rather then just blindly using any kind of natural supplements. But of course only using natural supplements alone will not bring the desired effect I will need your commitment too to follow your nutritional plan.

My main focus is on digestive issues (bloating/cramps, diarrhoea, chronic constipation, IBS, heartburn etc.) but I also can help with female hormonal imbalance, asthma, joint pain/ arthritis, weight issues through nutritional advice.

I am also registered and work with reputable laboratories (Cambridge Nutritional Sciences , Medichecks, NordicVMS, Regenerus Labs., mineral check, Omegaquant) so I can provide you with functional testing (e.g. food intolerance, nutritional deficiencies, , digestive issues (SIBO, Intestinal permeability, etc.) when necessary. I also offer programs and packages.
