What I Do
I provide nutritional therapy services to clients to improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. My main focus is on preventative healthcare, to optimize physical and mental health and improve chronic health conditions. By assessing the diet and lifestyle of the clients and the possibility of testing (i.e. gut health test, nutritional deficiency tests etc.), will help me to understand the contributing factors to their health issues. Personalized diet plan and in some cases certain supplements are offered to help regain balance.
