How it works:
Once you book and pay for your package, you will receive an email to log in to a secure portal. This portal will be your guide with all the information you need about your test, plan, recommendations, supplements, meal plans and recipes provided by me.
Your test will arrive by post. Do your test, follow the instructions and send it back to the laboratory. Then we will arrange a follow-up to discuss your result.
